  • How much is a personalised Coke Bottle?

    The price is $8 per bottle.
  • How much is postage?

    For 1-3 bottles, postage is $6 per order to ship to any address in New Zealand. If you purchase 4 bottles or more bottles in one order, postage is free.
  • Is there a limit to how many bottles I can order?

    In one transaction, you can order up to 24 names with 100 bottles for each name (total 2,400 bottles). If you need to order more, please contact us here.
  • I have a big event. How can I place a bulk order?

    If you need to personalise more than 24 names, please contact us. We will reach out to you in 2 business days to place the order for you.
  • Can I send a pack to my friend as a gift?

    Yes. When you place the order online, you can specify a different recipient and address, and we will ship to them directly. In addition, you can also order a gift box (at $3 each) to make it even more special. Gift boxes are limited though, and only available while stock last.
  • I’ve noticed a mistake after completing the order! Can I change my order?

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the order once it’s confirmed. On the website, during the order process, there are a lot of opportunities to amend, remove and add items.
  • Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel the order once it’s confirmed.

  • Delivery & Timing

  • How long will it take to get my personalised Coke?

    It will take 10 business days for the products to be delivered, including up to 5 business days for production and from 1 to 4 business days for shipping depending on the location of the delivery address. However, if the shipping address is in a regional area or it is peak season (eg. December leading up to Christmas), it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the delivery. If you have an urgent request and are unsure whether you’ll receive it on time, please contact us BEFORE placing the order.
    During the Christmas period, we will be unable to fulfill any requests between 18th Dec and 6th Jan. Any order placed during the period will be processed from 6th Jan. Please allow for this extra lead time for the processing. If you want your bottles in time for Christmas, place your order before 1 December 2019.
  • What if I need the bottles urgently sooner than the standard 10 business days?

    Unfortunately, personalisation and delivery does take time. Therefore, there is no express service available. If you need the personalised bottles urgently within the standard time range, please contact us and provide the timing and quantity BEFORE you place the order. We will respond whether we can fulfill the request or not.
  • Can I have my bottles delivered to anywhere in New Zealand? What about outside of New Zealand?

    Yes, we provide shipping to all locations in New Zealand that are connected by the Courier Post network service. Unfortunately, we don’t provide delivery outside of New Zealand.
  • Can I pick my order up?

    Unfortunately, we don’t offer a pick-up service.
  • Once my order is in transit, how can I track delivery status?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email. You can track the status with your tracking number through the website of our freight provider. Sometimes there may be a delay in scanning your parcel (and updating the tracking service) so please call the Courier Post customer service center if you need to discuss this with them. You will also receive an additional email once your order is out for delivery within your specific region.
    If your order is time critical for an event, please ensure you contact the freight provider once you receive your tracking details and co-ordinate delivery with them directly.
  • What happens if I’m not at home to accept delivery of my order?

    For all online orders, our freight provider (Courier Post) will deliver during business hours only (not weekends).
    Orders will be non-signature with Authority to Leave so you do not have to be home to accept the delivery of your order.
  • Can you deliver the order on a specific date?

    We are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date. Once the order is dispatched, you can track the delivery status with the freight provider using the tracking number in the shipment notification email.

  • About names

  • Can I put whatever I want on a Coke bottle?

    Unfortunately, some names and phrases are not allowed as they may be a trademark or deemed too socially or religiously sensitive to print on a Coke bottle.
  • Can I put names in different alphabets / emojis / symbols?

    Unfortunately, special symbols and emojis are not allowed. Only letters, apostrophes and hyphens are available.
  • I had successfully placed an order, but after that, I received an email suggesting the name requested was not approved. What happened?

    Your requested name has been sent for individual moderation. During this process, we will double-check if the name is permissible. In the rare case that the name is a trademark or deemed too socially or religiously sensitive to print on a Coke bottle, we will send you an email to advise a change in the request, or to arrange a refund.

  • Payment & Refund

  • How can I place a return or get a refund?

    We want you to love your personalised Coke bottles. We generally do not accept returns on personalised products unless there is a quality issue (e.g. wrong products, misplaced labels, wrong name printed etc). In the rare case that happens, please contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt.
  • How can I pay?

    We accept Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards.
  • Is entering my Credit Card details online safe?

    All payments made for our products over the Internet are processed through a secure server, which means that your card details are specially encrypted before we send them to our payment provider. Check out our Privacy Policy if you’d like to find out more.
  • How can I get an invoice?

    Your invoice will be attached to your order confirmation email.

  • Lost or Damaged goods

  • If the products are lost in transit. What shall I do?

    For lost orders, please contact the freight provider (Courier Post) with the number listed in your shipping notification email. If you are unsatisfied with their response, please contact us.
  • If the products are damaged when received. What shall I do?

    We are very sorry to hear that. Please contact us and provide your order number, an image of the damaged goods and the name on the bottle. We will arrange re-shipping to you as soon as possible.
    If you are not satisfied with re-delivery of your order, please contact us to arrange for a refund.

  • How long will the online store be live?

    The website is available between 1st Oct 2019 and 29th Feb 2020, or while stocks last
  • Where can I buy a Coke bottle with my name on it?

    You can find a range of names on various Coke and Coke No Sugar products in retail stores around the country. If you can’t find your name in store, you can visit our online store (shareacoke.coke.co.nz) to buy and personalise a bottle. The product will be delivered to your chosen address.
  • Can I get these bottles in stores?

    Share a Coke personalised glass bottles are made to order and we are pleased to offer these bottles exclusively online.
  • What pack sizes of Coke are available to put my name on?

    The iconic Coke 330ml Contour Bottle is available to put your name on.
  • Is this for all Coke like Diet Coke or just Coke Classic?

    Coke Classic and Coke No Sugar are available to personalise your name.
  • Why are these bottles more expensive than normal Coke glass bottles?

    Share a Coke personalised bottles are made to order according to your unique name or phrase. This personalisation makes the bottles more expensive to produce than normal Coke glass bottles.
  • Can I drink the Coke in the personalised bottles?

    Yes! It is the same, delicious Coca-Cola that you usually drink. Your personalised Coke bottle has its best before date printed on the bottle, and can be enjoyed anytime before that date.
  • Is it safe to leave my Personal information online (eg. name, contact and address)?

    Security is an important priority for us and we are committed to protecting your privacy.
